Senior High Cafe

Senior High Cafe

image Sunday Mornings, 9:30 AM in the Sr. High Room, COL Campus

Meet up with your peers Sunday mornings at COL campus, in the 2nd floor Senior High Room.  Iced coffee, cream, seasonal syrups, and tasty treats are served every Sunday.

See you this weekend!

Game Show Battle Room

Game Show Battle Room

image Sunday, February 15, 6:20 pm - 7:30 pm

For this event, we’re looking for two parent volunteers to oversee the group and play along, while Nancy and Pastor Sherrie are in El Salvador, and Pastor Justin leads Confirmation.  Youth will gather at the Game Show Battle Room (click the link for the location).  Participants will be divided into 2 teams, and play Game Show style contests, using their wit and dexterity to determine the champion.

Snow Tubing

Snow Tubing at Crystal Ridge

image Sunday, February 22, 5:20 pm - 7:30pm

Bundle up and let’s have a snow adventure together, tubing at Crystal Ridge.  Since the location is a bit further than most of our Sunday night events, we will be meeting a bit earlier than usual to ensure we have enough time to revel in the fun, and still return by 7:30 pm.  Parent drivers requested.

Food Pantry Scavenger Hunt

Food Pantry Scavenger Hunt

image Sunday, March 1, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Waukesha

Help us serve our community by collecting as much food as possible to help the Waukesha Food Pantry.  We will divide up in groups on a scavenger hunt to collect food from family, friends, neighbors, and our church family.  In a race against time each group will be judged according to how much food they have collected based on its weight.  Boxes of pudding are good, but heavy cans of fruits, vegetables or meat or jars of peanut butter and jelly are even better!  We will need drivers to compete in this challenge with us, as well as two people who would be willing to haul all of the food in to the food pantry at some point during the week while they are open.  Let PSher know if you are able to drive ASAP, so we can have you fill out a Driver's Check (if you haven’t completed one in the past 3 years!)

2026 Summer Trip

2026 Summer Servant Trip — Appalachia Service Project

image July 18 - July 25, 2026

Parents, we typically take 2 adults (1 male and 1 female) for every 5 students, where you are grouped together and given a project or a couple to work on through out the week.  NO worries if you have NEVER done any work like this before!  All skill levels welcome!  We also bring along a number of experienced adults in this area and there are detailed manuals available for your specific project.  In the past, groups have done everything from installing drywall and painting to adding vinyl siding to installing vinyl plank flooring to building porches and/or ramps, and creating water flow channels away from housing.

We also have preparation events to let everyone practice using the tools and equipment that they may use during the week, along with covering safety and other topics including what to expect culturally in this region.

For those who have been in the past, they have returned home proud of what they were able to do in the short time there especially when they had never used a hammer or power tools prior!  (Also, we are blessed that we are able to include an ice cream budget as a significant priority....i.e. a DAILY TREAT after a day's work!)
