Honor Flight Forum
Thank you to all who attended our Honor Flight Forum celebrating those who proudly served their country in the Armed Forces. UNITY Walking Group
September 2025
Come join UNITY Lutheran Church's newest group as they explore walking trails throughout Waukesha County every week, weather permitting. See the list below for the dates of our future excurions (All start times will be 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted):
• Wednesday, September 3 - Mitchell Park. Meet in parking lot near play equipment and walk the trail.
• Friday, September 12 - Greenway Trail. Meet at Christ the King Campus and we'll walk the trail behind church.
• Monday, September 15 - Beverly Hills Park. Meet in parking lot.
• Thursday, September 25 - Elm Grove Village Park. Park in the lot near the library.

Sheepshead Group Expands To Mondays!
Sheepshead is back! Our group plays on the first and third Thursdays of the month in the Christ the King choir room beginning at 6:30 pm. Everyone is welcome regardless of age or experience. We have plenty of crafty veterans more than willing to teach you if you've never played before!
Can't get enough Sheepshead? In addition to Thursday nights, we've added a daytime Sheepshead game to be played on the second and fourth Mondays at CTK starting at 1:00 pm. Questions? Contact Mary Huss.

Adult Forum - Lutheran Social Services
Sunday, September 21, 9:30 am @ The Cross of Life Campus
We will be welcoming Francesca Kempfer, Director of Advancement for Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. She will speak about LSS’s work to support and advocate for refugees, as well as other critical programs LSS provides. Come join us on September 21 to learn more about this extraordinary organization called to serve with compassion and courage as well as how you can help support their mission!
Adult Forum - Boundary Waters Sharing

We will hear from youth and adults who took our summer trip to the Boundary Waters July 19-26. Come experience the wilderness from the safety of your seats and learn firsthand about their adventures!
