Give thanks to the Lord for he is good, and his love endures forever. ~ Chronicles 16:34

Today we celebrate Thanksgiving and I know 2020 has been difficult mentally, physically, and spiritually but try to put all that aside for a moment and look - really look for something you are thankful for.  It may be more difficult to find than in past years but there has to be something you can find to be thankful for and when you find it try looking for something else and then something else. As you do this it might get easier and easier to find things to be thankful for.

Dear Lord,

Help us to find things we are thankful for in our lives and when we find them help us to use them to fill our hearts and minds with a joy that comes from you knowing you love us and always will.  Let that be everyone’s starting point for giving thanks and let us build from there. Amen.
